An Int/Adv flow with a nudge toward exploring the in-betweens of each shape

Intermediate students! Keep an open mind with this flow, there may be some elements that are a stretch for you currently but there are other elements that are suitable to begin exploring as an Int poler!

This is a very detail-oriented flow, encouraging you to embellish some of our foundational spin shapes!

This is a very theory focused tutorial where we use a pretty simple flow to talk about:

1. Using weight shifts to utilize crucial contact points so that we can slooow down our flow and dance our way through transitions

2. Moving mindfully through our hand pathways

My prompt for you is to take and of your favorite flows or combos - particularly the transitions within those flows - and use these theories to find more space in your flows. What do you find with all this new-found space? New shapes? New feelings? New stories?
